Partnership Inquiry Agreement

1. Nature Of Inquiry. Submitting this form is an expression of interest in exploring a partnership with Skaj & U Investment Nigeria Limited ("the Company", RC 694510). It does not, by itself, create a binding partnership, joint venture, agency or supply obligation.

2. Accuracy Of Information. You confirm that the information provided is true and accurate, and you authorize the Company to contact you using the details supplied.

3. Confidentiality. Information shared through this form is treated as confidential business correspondence, used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

4. No Obligation. Neither party is obligated to proceed as a result of this inquiry. Any formal partnership, supply, offtake or investment arrangement will be documented in a separate, signed agreement — reviewed by both parties' legal counsel — before it becomes binding.

5. Governing Law. This acknowledgment, and any partnership arising from it, is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
